Flowma provides website design and development, SEO, digital marketing, CRM implementation, automation, and integrations for businesses.

The scope of each project is defined in the proposal sent to the client. Changes to scope after work has begun will be discussed separately.

Payment follows the schedule defined in the proposal. Most projects require a deposit before work begins.

Unpaid invoices may delay project delivery.

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables — design, code, and content.

Flowma reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We work according to an agreed timeline. Delays on the client side (approvals, content, feedback) may push the final delivery date.

Delays caused by Flowma will be communicated and rescheduled with the client.

Flowma is committed to professional, quality work. However, we are not liable for indirect damages that may result from the use of deliverables.

Flowma's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

We treat all information shared by clients as confidential. We do not pass business information to third parties without explicit permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
